What is the Artist's Way?

Quite literally, The Artist's Way - a Spiritual Path to Higher Creativity is a book by Julia Cameron. The 12-week course in "Discovering and Recovering Your Creative Self" has existed for over 20 years and sparked an international movement of people living their life infused with creativity.

The book's exercises and daily and weekly practices lead you into greater and greater inspiration and authenticity.

Many find a facilitated workshop helpful in holding themselves accountable to the work and growth that the course asks of them, as the book brings you more into your "issues" than you might expect. The 12-week course requires significant time commitment and energy, but the results are life-changing if you do the work.

aBOUT Rory Michelle

My life-changing journey began in 2009 when I discovered The Artist's Way and continued with taking the course with Kim Childs in Arlington, MA. What followed was claiming my identity as a singer-songwriter, learning guitar, producing two albums in two years and living a life following my dreams.

I have meanwhile taught The Artist's Way internationally, and coached and advised over 120 individuals in following their inner compass through my workshops, coaching and my advising work with Harvard University first-year students. I would be delighted to support you on your own creative journey.
